Smile Well Dental is a growing dental practice with locations across the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, including Vancouver, Surrey, Langley, and Coquitlam. With multiple clinics serving overlapping but distinct communities, the practice needed a digital strategy that could drive patient acquisition at each location without cannibalising its own search presence. Chrootly designed and built a website architecture that gave each location its own dedicated pages, service descriptions, and locally relevant content. The SEO strategy was structured to ensure each clinic ranked for its own geographic keywords while reinforcing the overall brand authority of the Smile Well name. Internal linking, schema markup, and location-specific metadata were carefully implemented across the entire site. The multi-location approach extended beyond just pages — Chrootly developed a content strategy that addressed the specific dental needs and search patterns of each community. This ensured the practice appeared in local search results across all four cities, building a consistent digital footprint throughout the Lower Mainland.

The Challenge

Smile Well Dental was expanding across multiple cities in British Columbia but lacked a digital presence that could support multiple locations without creating internal competition. Each clinic needed to rank independently for local dental searches in its own city, while the overall brand needed to maintain cohesion and authority. Without a structured approach, the locations risked competing against each other in search results.

Our Approach

Chrootly built a multi-location website with dedicated, SEO-optimised pages for each clinic in Vancouver, Surrey, Langley, and Coquitlam. Each location received its own service pages, local content, and structured data markup. The SEO strategy was designed to prevent keyword cannibalisation between locations while maximising local search visibility in each city. Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 were configured to track performance at the individual location level.

The Outcome

Smile Well Dental now has a structured digital presence across all four Lower Mainland locations. Each clinic ranks for its own local search terms, and the overall brand maintains a strong, cohesive online presence. The practice has a scalable framework in place — when new locations open, the same architecture can be extended without disrupting existing rankings.
