BK Dental operates multiple clinic locations across the Greater Toronto Area, serving a diverse patient base in Scarborough and Richmond Hill. The practice needed a digital presence that could speak to both English-speaking and Korean-speaking communities — two distinct audiences with different search behaviours and expectations. Chrootly built a complete bilingual website using Next.js and TypeScript, ensuring fast load times and strong technical SEO foundations across both language versions. Every page was structured to target location-specific keywords while maintaining natural, professional copy in both English and Korean. The site architecture was designed so each location had its own optimised landing pages, service descriptions, and calls to action. Beyond the website, Chrootly managed the clinic's paid advertising across Google Ads and Meta Ads, targeting patients actively searching for dental services in the Scarborough and Richmond Hill areas. The ad campaigns were tightly integrated with the website's conversion tracking, ensuring every dollar spent could be measured against real patient enquiries.
The Challenge
BK Dental needed to reach two distinct communities — English-speaking and Korean-speaking patients — across multiple GTA locations. Their existing digital presence did not reflect the quality of their practice, and they had no structured approach to attracting new patients online. They needed a cohesive system that combined a high-performance website with targeted advertising, all in two languages.
Our Approach
Chrootly developed a fully bilingual Next.js website with dedicated pages for each clinic location, optimised for local search in both English and Korean. Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns were built in parallel, targeting high-intent dental search terms specific to Scarborough and Richmond Hill. Conversion tracking was configured through Google Tag Manager to connect ad spend directly to patient enquiries. The Korean content was written natively, not translated, ensuring it resonated naturally with the Korean-Canadian community.
The Outcome
BK Dental now has a professional, fast-loading bilingual website that serves as the foundation of their digital marketing. Both English and Korean patients can find the practice through organic search and paid ads tailored to their language and location.
